New Year – What do I do?

Happy New Year first of all. 3 years ago this month I began my wellness journey. This year I’m paying it forward. _Are you overwhelmed with all the fitness fads and gadgets and wraps and contests? Are you not real sure where to start?🤷‍♀️

_I made this info graphic for my online clients. Now, this is my first attempt at an info graphic. So go easy on me. Lol. I’ll be learning this skill while you watch. 💁‍♀️

_2019 is my year to pay it forward so here we go—if you do not know where to start, start by taking a deep breath. 👌 You can do this. I absolutely believe that.

_Next grab yourself a notebook 📒. I still have my notebook that I started 3 years ago when I began my journey. In your notebook you can record your progress, your weight, your measurements, your non-scale victories. You can record motivational quotes you hear and like. You can record your workouts. It’s like a “wellness” diary. 📝

_Record your food. My clients are using the My Fitness Pal app to record what they eat each day. This will give you a great indication of how many calories you are taking in in a day. It is easy to under estimate our calorie intake. 🍎🥦🥑🍕🥗. As their wellness coach, it will help me help them if I know what they are eating.

That is how we are starting. No magic pill, no fat-burning drink, no wrap that shrinks fat. Just consistency and persistence. It’s not a race! It’s for life! Follow along with us!
