I have had foot surgery recently (September 13, 2019). I’m hoping to be able to exercise a little by November so I am building a team to help motivate me and each other in the holiday month of November. In the past (before 2016) I would gain 10 pounds from Oct-Dec of every year. Since I am in a boot, my goal this November is to simply maintain my weight and not gain. I can work on dropping weight once I am more active.

Hi Sweetie. I had a couple of ingrown toenails fixed. It was on Friday but yesterday I got in my 10,000 steps. I think it is the first time this month. I am glad it was only a couple of days. Small stuff.
WOW, you were able to get 10,000 steps in just days afterwards? That’s incredible. My boys have both had that done before and it is nooooo fun. You are awesome.
