Goal Setting

GOALS: My goals used to be all about a number on the scale. 👎 Seriously! I was obsessed. I weighed myself three times a day. When my trainer told my husband to get rid of the scale, I thought about it at least 50 times a day. That was 2 years ago.

_I am still aware of my weight but I do not obsess over it. 👍My mental health is far more important to me than “obtaining “ a magic number.

_Today I sign up for the National Senior Games. I have a game plan. I plan to sign up for the 400 IM, 200 Breast, 100 Breast and maybe 50 Br, Fly, free. 🙌

_Monday I begin a 4-day a week IM training plan with @myswimpro app and community members. When I set a goal and a game plan, I am 99% more likely to obtain my goal. How about you?
