Dr. Visit Update: The biggest takeaway “It’s Dr. Visit Update: The biggest takeaway “It’s available to live without pain.” What? I’ve had pain (mild- but pain nonetheless -) for at least 5 years. I’m so glad to be back with my Rheumatologist/life coach. I am going to add a second medicine. But if I can live pain free by doing so, it’s worth it. For those who comment about my eating, I changed my eating 7 years ago and it’s made a big difference. I just need a bit more assist. I’ll keep you posted. Have a great weekend! With an RA diagnosis, I get to see my Rheumatologi With an RA diagnosis, I get to see my Rheumatologist every 3 months. If I don’t, then I don’t get a refill on my medication. It’s a great time to check in with one another, check labs, and see if any adjustments need to be made. I’m especially excited because my Rheumatologist that I love was MIA for several months (she was taking a recharge break). Now she’s back at a new practice and I can’t wait to see her. She’s a life coach as well and I always leave our visits feeling better than when I walked through her door. This is a before photo at 6:50 am.
